Montana actively maintains retainers for multi-unit owners (franchisees) within the boutique fitness industry; having worked for some of the top-performing brands in the fitness industry (Orangetheory Fitness, SoulCycle, & F45), she has opened more than (30) fitness studios, with revenue ranging from $25,000/mo to $82,000/mo per studio. Currently in a position as an F45 Regional Operations Manager, Montana specializes in staff onboarding, team development, marketing objectives, performance and sales, lCRM/lead management, P&L management, budgeting, payroll, and business development that incorporates recurring revenue into overall growth. Montana is a graduate of American Military University, a United States Marine Corps combat veteran that has been awarded a Naval Achievement Medal and a Combat Action Ribbon, and currently holds 49% ownership in The Elizabeth Leigh Company, LLC.

Already sitting on the marketing board of the Uptown Shelby Association, Brittany has mastered interactive marketing in a way that elevates her above other marketing competitors in multiple states. Brittany previously owned and operated retail storefronts where she specialized in styling high-profile individuals with their seasonal selections. Brittany's education and professional background also includes interactive and digital marketing - which has transformed into her representing brands like Torq'd Clothing, Halcyon Salon, and multiple F45 fitness franchise locations - all the while maintaining part ownership in the Southern Fried Glam Boutique and making appearances throughout the state (to include Girl Tribe). Brittany is a graduate of Appalachian State University and currently holds 51% ownership in The Elizabeth Leigh Company, LLC.
