Montana actively maintains retainers for multi-unit owners (franchisees) within the boutique fitness industry; having worked for some of the top-performing brands in the fitness industry (Orangetheory Fitness, SoulCycle, & F45), she has opened more than (30) fitness studios, with annual revenue ranging from $300,000 to $900,000 per studio. Montana specializes in staff onboarding, team development, marketing objectives, performance and sales, lCRM/lead management, P&L management, budgeting, payroll, and business development that incorporates recurring revenue into overall growth. Montana is a graduate of American Military University, a United States Marine Corps combat veteran that has been awarded a Naval Achievement Medal and a Combat Action Ribbon.
Montana enjoys relaxing to true-crime documentaries, binge-eating Chick-Fil-A, and working on her passion project, The Rogers Theater!
